• Booking & passenger data: traveller names, age, gender, route, dates and class.
• Payment data: processed by our payment gateway; we do not store full card details.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address and interactions for security and analytics.

We use your information to confirm and manage bookings, issue e-tickets, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

We share the minimum necessary information with ferry/cruise operators to fulfil your booking, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
